Guess who's back...

Back Again...

Just kidding, I'm no slim shady. Never really claimed to be for that matter, but I am part of a Nerdcore rap group called Folklore. We just finished recording our first album, and it's inching its way towards finalization. Also as many as you know I'm an aspiring writer who is trying to publish his first piece. It's intimidating as I'm trying to type up a query letter to send to publishers concerning the short story bridges. If your intrested in reading it let me know and I may email a copy to a select group of you. Bridges is a tell about an alternate dimension where the entryways are created when a violent crime happens to a child, and the child dies as a result. This dimension seems to be ran by a guy dressed like a hillbilly but has his face painted up like a clown. It isn't long only 5 1/2 typed pages, but that can turn into six depending on your word processor. I haven't sent it out yet but will be doing so soon. I'm hoping it get's published even if I only get paid in contributor copies, at least my name is getting out there!

So I thought....

I'd Post...

Some Poetry.

Beauty in the Darkest Sense

It stops to feed on the souls
of the living.
Its own growing larger,
with each one it does devour.
With the taste of death you know it comes.
with the smell of fear you surcome.
to its power
this very hour.
And then the Dead, on your grave,
They pitch their tents,
And this my freind
Is Beauty, in the darkest sense.

I do

With its longing gaze
It sinks it's soul with in you.
You feel an overwhelming pain,
And with it comes its que,
to imbue
Your powers through and through.

As if reaching your end of all days
death begins to imbue to you
its everlasting gain.
And with the morning dew
you escape from you pew
into the everlasting with those dreadful words, "I do."

Unseen Darkness

Surrounded by the unseen darkness
Hovering over your blood stained dress.
Beginning to fell the negative effects of your unwavering gaze.
Keeping me locked in an everlasting daze.
Forever, will they cage me like a rabbid rabbit,
Claiming they will help me, to break this dark habbit.
But in truth they never will,
because of this voice abiding still,
Forever abiding deep within me
Turning my mind into an endless bloodly sea.
Even with their demonically metalic chains,
and their endless pills to help with pains,
They will never chase away that inside which keeps me bound,
Untill I am buried unmarked within the ground.

The most poweful phase...

Love...

So yes I know this is late but...

This is late for when it would have made the most since, but it's something I've been thinking about for quite a while now, and I'm just now getting around to posting it. The idea behind what I'm saying is simple: What exactly does "I love you" mean?

What it should mean...

When your significant other tells you that he or she loves you, it should be completely legitimate, and should mean that he or she feels so strongly about it that that person would do anything for you, I think that there is a song that really sums up my opinion of this truth by a person who has an amazing way with words... Hank Greene:

What it sadly means most times that it is spoken aloud...

Most times when it's said it's sadly enough just that: meaningless sounds coming out of the mouth of the one who says it. Most of the one's reading this, girls especially, can think of someone who's said they loved you in the past, but they only say it to get you to do something for them. Sadly this is all it is most of the time. Most guys will utter these three tiny words just to manipulate a girl to do their bidding.

This isn't to say that...

Don't take me wrong, I'm not saying right now that if you are in a relationship where the other party is telling you that they love you that that's in anyway wrong. What I'm saying is look at the times they tell you. Do they only say it after, you've done something for them? Do they say it when their wanting something and no other time? Do they only say it because you do? If this is the case they probably don't mean it. Do they tell you randomly? Do they tell you at times you'd never expect it? Do they tell you even after you've made a mistake? If you hurt them accidentally or on purpose do they still say it? If this is the case it may very well be true.

Just remember...

The most powerful sentence in the English language is made up of three tiny words: "I Love You." Those three words have so very much power. You can be manipulated by them and manipulate others with them. So how can you tell if the person saying it means it? Well how far are they willing to go for you? How often are they there when you just need to talk? How often do they offer you a shoulder to cry on when your in pain? How often are they willing to give without asking for anything at all in return?

It's been a while...

Hey, everyone I know it's been a while since I posted last. I've had no internet now for quite a while. But as of two days ago I finally have once again regained this awesomeness!!! I'm hoping to get back into the swing of topical blogging, I'm going to try to do some brainstorming on potential topics to speak about. I'm not going to give me self a schedule too rigorous. Perhaps you'll be able to read a new one every Monday, and Wednesday. I know the last time I had given myself a schedule I failed miserably in keeping it going, but I will this time try my best to keep this thing alive!

Smart Shopping...

I know I'm not an expert...

So who am I but just a Nerdy guy? Who am I to give advice about shopping? Well my advice isn't for your normal stuff, it's just for things like clothing (considering of course that you don't mind wearing used clothing), books, video games, some toys, and even some furniture.

Get to the point...

The point is that you can save many many dollars by going to thrift stores and shopping online. There are just so many great bargains. Don't be afraid to shop through used items, as long as they are in good condition and not worn out they will still last for good amounts of time.

So who do I thank...

Well I suppose that if you had to thank someone it'd be my upbringing. I was raised shopping where ever I could find a bargain. So thank my mother for the thrift store advice. At any rate that is all for now, hope you all have fun!

Hey guys...

Apologies...

For not getting a blog out yesterday I'm sorry. I have a schedule thus I should keep to it, but yesterday I was playing with a new toy, a free one which allows you to catalog all of your books. And even has library like options so you can keep track of who has what book. I recommend for anyone with a substantial amount of books. At first cataloging your collection but then after the initial time adding new stuff isn't so bad, and it's well worth it :) At any rate g'day everyone and here is a link to the program: BookDB
